Before I became a certified nutrition coach I was a gym owner, personal trainer and Spin instructor. I was doing intermittent fasting, had tried keto, and swore by "clean eating" but nothing worked. Despite all my workouts, spin, running and 2 Boston Marathons, the belly fat showed up and wouldn't budge. I felt tired ALL the time, frustrated, and totally stuck.
